What the opportunity is

The Royal Bafokeng Institute (RBI) is offering a three‑year, fully funded learnership that leads to a QCTO Occupational Certificate: Chef. The training blends classroom theory, hands‑on kitchen practice and workplace exposure.

Who can apply

To be eligible you must:

  • Be a South African citizen, aged 18‑35
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Hold a Grade 12 certificate with Mathematical Literacy
  • Not be enrolled in any other government‑funded programme
  • Have a valid ID copy (not older than three months)
  • Be willing to commit to the full three‑year period
