Why this learnership is a good fit

You will spend a whole year in a real, busy call centre where customers call in with problems about their internet or phone. You’ll learn how to:

  • Fix basic computer and phone issues
  • Handle telecom equipment
  • Support customers through phone, email, and chat
  • Build simple network connections
  • Diagnose problems using a customer‑relationship tool

You’ll practice these skills every day, work with real devices, and see how a real IT support team runs. If you’re in Limpopo and think “I want to work in IT but don’t know where to start”, this program is the first step.
