What is the YES Programme?

Kia South Africa, part of Motus Corporation, is offering a 12‑month Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme. It gives unemployed youth a chance to work in the automotive industry, learn on the job and build confidence for a future career.

Who can apply?

You are eligible if you meet all of the following:

  • Age between 18 and 29 years
  • South African citizen with a valid ID
  • Currently unemployed
  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification
  • Clear criminal record
  • Have not taken part in a YES Programme before

What you will gain

Successful candidates receive a structured learning path that includes:

  • 12 months of workplace experience
  • Mentorship and guided training
  • Exposure to real business operations
  • Industry‑relevant skill development
  • A monthly stipend (as set by YES Programme guidelines)
  • Potential placement in Sales, Workshop & Parts, Administration, Finance or Human Resources departments
