What the learnership offers
This is a fixed‑term learnership that trains you to become a Basic Pharmacist Assistant. You will work in a real pharmacy, study for registration with the South African Pharmaceutical Council (SAPC) and, if you succeed, you could be offered a permanent role at Dis‑Chem.
Who can apply
You must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate
- Mathematics (Pure) as a subject
- Physical Science or Life Science as a subject
- At least 50 % overall average
- Willingness to work in a retail pharmacy environment
