What the opportunity is
AVI Limited’s I&J division is running the YES4Youth Work Experience Programme 2026. It is a 12‑month, structured work‑experience scheme – not a learnership. The programme ends on 30 April 2026 and is based in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Who can apply (eligibility)
- Age between 18 and 34 years
- At least a Grade 10 (Standard 8) qualification
- Currently unemployed
- Never taken part in a YES4Youth programme before
- Not enrolled in any government‑funded training programme
