What is the ELRC Internship Programme 2026/2027?
The Education Labour Relations Council (ELRC) is offering a 24‑month graduate internship at its head office in Centurion, Gauteng. Six departments will take interns. The role is paid – the stipend follows ETDP SETA funding guidelines and ELRC policy.
Who can apply?
- South African citizen
- Unemployed graduate, aged 18‑35
- National Diploma or degree that matches the chosen department (see table below)
- Qualification from a recognised South African institution
- Never completed a SETA‑ or government‑funded graduate internship
- Good communication, computer literacy and willingness to learn
