Senior Administration Clerk – Office of the Director‑General – 4 posts

- Key duties: clerical support, managing correspondence, filing, assisting with parliamentary enquiries, supporting DG projects and events, arranging meetings, maintaining records and databases.
- Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent, knowledge of e‑submissions, DG memos and parliamentary questions, computer literacy, good communication, driver’s licence.
Senior Administration Clerk – Curriculum Implementation & Monitoring – 3 posts

- Salary: R237 453 per year (Level 5)
- Location: Pretoria
- Key duties: support FET subject specialists, handle leave forms and telephone accounts, arrange workshops and conferences, process travel and subsistence claims, organise meetings and minutes, assist with curriculum projects, support stakeholder engagement.
- Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent, good communication, computer literacy, planning and organisational skills, ability to work independently, strong administrative abilities.
Senior Administrative Assistant – Registry and Related Services – 1 post

- Salary: R237 453 per year (Level 5)
- Location: Pretoria
- Key duties: deliver and collect official documents, register and distribute mail, coordinate couriers, deliver items to banks, SITA and other government departments, assist with registry administration, maintain filing systems, provide general office support.
- Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent, excellent communication, computer literacy, numeracy, valid driver’s licence, ability to perform physical duties and work under pressure.
Who can apply
You must have a Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent qualification. The posts are open to South African citizens who are ready to work in a government environment. A driver’s licence is required for the clerk positions and the registry assistant role.
