What the learnership is
This is a 12‑month structured learnership in sales and marketing. The focus is on visual merchandising and customer service. You will work on store displays, product placement and helping customers while gaining hands‑on retail experience.
Who can apply
- South African citizen, aged 18‑35
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Matric (Grade 12) with at least 40 % in Mathematics or Maths Literacy, English and another language
- Not currently studying or on another learnership
- Not previously qualified in the same field
- No criminal record or adverse credit history
- Available to work six days a week

- Post‑matric qualification in Sales or Marketing
