What the job is about
You’ll work in the Operations Support Business Unit. Your main goal is to help the team keep the company’s digital tools, software and hardware in top shape. Under a senior IT manager, you’ll learn how to fix common computer problems, manage user accounts, keep systems secure, and produce simple reports that help the business run.
Day‑to‑day duties
IT Support and Troubleshooting
- Help colleagues with problems on laptops, phones and other devices.
- Set up new equipment and make sure it works with the company’s networks.
Systems Administration
- Help create and change user accounts and set up permissions.
- Do regular checks, like installing updates or backing up data.
- Watch system performance and report any signs of trouble.
- Keep shared folders and collaboration tools tidy and up to date.
Data and Reporting
- Pull data from internal systems and tidy it up for analysis.
- Spot errors on dashboards and fix them.
- Run basic checks to keep data accurate and consistent.
Cybersecurity Basics
- Apply simple security practices, like using strong passwords and keeping software up to date.
- Help with small audits of IT procedures and backup plans.
- Teach teammates how to keep data safe and use technology responsibly.
Project and Admin Help
- Join in projects that roll out new software or update systems.
- Write or update user guides and other documentation.
- Keep track of the IT gear you use and work with vendors when needed.
Who we want to see on our team
We’re looking for recent graduates or students who have finished a Bachelor’s Degree, National Diploma or similar in IT, Computer Science or a related subject. You don’t need a full internship experience before this role – we’ll show you what you need to know.
What will help you succeed:
- Some knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Comfortable using common office tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or team chat apps.
- Good grasp of operating systems like Windows or macOS.
- Basic idea of how Wi‑Fi, IP addresses and routers work.

- Speed in learning new software and systems.
