What the role involves
External Invigilators supervise and administer national examinations. You will be on the exam venue, enforce rules, hand out papers, collect scripts, and report any irregularities. The work is temporary and follows the college’s exam timetable.
Who can apply
To be eligible you must:
- Have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- Hold an N6, National N Diploma, or a comparable qualification.
- Be unemployed, retired, or otherwise available (no current internship or learnership).
- Be medically fit to stand or walk for about five hours.
- Have no criminal record and be able to sign a confidentiality agreement.
- Be able to work weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00.
Graduates of Western TVET College are given preference.
