What the internship is
The Youth Development Graduate Internship Programme 2026/2027 offers placement slots across a range of Western Cape Government departments. Internships run for 3 to 24 months and are based in the Cape Town CBD and other provincial offices.
Who can apply
- South African citizens aged 20‑35
- Live in the Western Cape
- Hold a qualification at NQF Level 5, 6, 7 or 8 (certificate, diploma, degree or higher)
- Have passed your final examinations (results will be verified)
