Who can apply?
You are eligible if you meet all of the following:
- South African citizen (by birth, naturalisation or permanent resident). Citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt and Tanzania may apply for those markets.
- Completing or have completed an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) by the end of 2026.
- Less than two years of corporate or formal work experience after graduation.
- Minimum 65 % overall in your most recent academic results.
- At least a B‑degree qualification at NQF Level 7 (e.g., BCom, BSc, BTech). A three‑year National Diploma at NQF Level 6 is considered only for Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology.
