What the opportunity is
The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programme is a full‑time, 18‑month placement for TVET College students and recent graduates who have finished the theoretical part of their N4‑N6 qualifications. You will be based at Trans‑Net offices in either Johannesburg (Gauteng) or Durban (KwaZulu‑Natal) and will gain hands‑on experience in administration, operations, research and business support.
Who can apply
To be eligible you must:
- Be a South African citizen, aged 18‑35.
- Have a Matric certificate.
- Have completed the N4‑N6 theory for one of these fields: Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management or Office Management.
- Not be bound by another bursary.
- Provide an institutional letter confirming you need in‑service training to finish your qualification.
- Submit certified copies of your Matric, ID, and full academic record.
