What is the programme?
Sanlam is running a 13‑month Accelerated Development Programme for graduates. It is part of the Sanlam Data, AI and Engineering Academy (formerly the Data and Digital Academy). You will be hired permanently from day one and work on real business problems in the Analytics and Group Technology teams.
Who can apply?
The programme is open to South African residents who are about to graduate or will graduate by the end of 2026. You do not need previous work experience, but you must have no more than 12 months of post‑university experience in a related field. Work‑integrated learning counts as study, not as professional experience.
