Ridgeway College is urgently accepting applications for three Graduate Intern Teacher positions that start on 1 January 2027. The deadline is 4 September 2026, so you need to act now if you have just finished your teaching qualification.
What the opportunity is
The college will hire three newly qualified teachers for a 12‑month Internship Programme. You will work at the Ridgeway College campus in Louis Trichardt, Limpopo, and earn a monthly stipend of R7 500. Communal on‑site accommodation is also provided.
Who can apply
To be eligible you must:
- Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree, or a general bachelor’s degree plus a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
- Be registered with the South African Council for Educators (SACE) – provisional or full.
- Have a clear criminal record and present a valid SAPS clearance and National Child Protection Register verification.
- Be fluent in English and have solid knowledge of your teaching subject.
