What the opportunity is
The PIC Graduate Development Programme is a structured internship that helps you move from university to a career in asset and investment management. You will get training, real‑world projects, a mentor and exposure to several business areas within PIC.
Who can apply
You must meet all of the following:
- Completed or be studying towards an NQF Level 7 qualification at an accredited South African university.
- Achieved at least a 60 % overall average in your degree.
- Never taken part in a similar graduate programme before.
- Strong interest in financial services, especially asset and investment management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Corporate Finance
- Financial Accounting or Auditing (BCom/BA) – knowledge of Taxation, Cost Accounting, Valuations and Financial Modelling is a plus.
