What is the Graduate in Training Programme?

Who can apply?
To be eligible you must:
- Be a South African citizen, aged 18 to 35.
- Hold one of the following qualifications:
- BPharm
- Honours degree in Engineering or Science
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Material Sciences, Physics or Engineering
- Engineering disciplines such as Electronic, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Software or Control Systems
- Have a strong academic record in core STEM subjects.
- Be computer literate (Microsoft Office and basic simulation or modelling tools).

No full‑time work experience is required, but internships, vacation work or research projects are a plus.
