About the NPA TVET Placement & Graduate Internship Programme
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) is one of South Africa’s major public‑service departments, responsible for prosecuting criminal cases across the country. As part of its commitment to youth development and skills growth, the NPA has launched the TVET Placement and Graduate Internship Programme for the 2026‑2028 intake.
The programme is designed for:
- Unemployed South African learners and graduates who want hands‑on experience in the justice sector.

Who Should Apply?
The programme is open to anyone who meets the following basic criteria:
- South African citizen with a clean criminal record.
- Currently unemployed and has not previously participated in any internship or work‑integrated learning programme.
- Lives in the province where the internship is advertised.
- Applies for only one centre – submitting multiple applications will result in automatic disqualification.
- Willing to provide fingerprint and social media verification if shortlisted.

All interns will receive their stipend every month for the duration of the 24‑month placement.
