Momentum Health Contact Centre Learnership 2026 – Launch Your Career

Job Title: Contact Centre Learnership 2026 – Momentum Health, Centurion, South Africa

What This Job Is About: If you’re a South African youth who doesn’t have a job yet and you want to learn a practical skill that can lead to a steady career, Momentum Health is offering a 12‑month learnership. In this program you’ll work in a real contact centre, talk to customers, learn the ins and outs of the medical scheme industry, and finish with a recognised qualification that can help you get future jobs. The deadline for applying is 12 January 2026.

What You’ll Learn

The program blends classroom lessons and hands‑on work. Over the year, you’ll see how a contact centre operates, use the company’s computer systems, and create a portfolio that shows what you’ve accomplished. The training follows the South African skills development rules (SETA), so when you finish you’ll have a certificate that employers can see.

At the end, you’ll be ready to work in a professional medical scheme contact centre. That means you could start a career in healthcare or financial services, fields that keep growing and pay well.
