What we need from you
You don’t need any special experience to apply. The only qualifications that are required are:
- Finished Grade 12, or
- Completed N3 with Trade Theory in a related engineering area

What you’ll do during the learnership
As a learner you will:
- Attend scheduled classroom training sessions
- Take part in practical tasks on the job site
- Follow all company rules and safety guidelines at every moment
Getting in: what the company will test
