How to apply – step by step

  1. Download or pick up a Z83 Form from a district office, hospital, institution, or the head office.
  2. Fill out the form and sign it.
  3. Compile your updated CV.
  4. Collect certified copies of your identity document, matric certificate, highest qualification and any tertiary certificates.
  5. Get a sworn affidavit from a Commissioner of Oaths stating that you are unemployed and have never previously benefited from an internship programme.
  6. Submit all documents to the district office that matches where you live. Applications from outside the district are not considered.

Applications will be reviewed after the closing date. If you do not hear back within 4 weeks, you can assume your application was not successful.
