What the learnership offers
iTOO is offering a 12‑month learnership in its Operations department in Johannesburg. You will rotate through Claims, Policy Servicing, Underwriting and Retentions while working toward a nationally recognised Short‑Term Insurance qualification at NQF Level 5.
Who can apply
- Age 18‑30
- South African citizen by birth
- Unemployed and not currently studying after Matric
- Completed Grade 12 with Mathematics
- At least one post‑Matric qualification (or an unfinished tertiary course) in any of the following:
- Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics or another IT discipline
- Drone Operations or Drone Technology
- Law
- Any other recognised certificate, diploma or degree
- No prior learnership experience required
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic computer skills – especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
