What is the opportunity?
The Work Integrated Learning Programme gives unemployed graduates a paid, 18‑month placement with host organisations in the Gert Sibande region of Mpumalanga. You will work side‑by‑side with professionals, applying the concepts you learned in Marketing Management or Business Management.
Who can apply?
- Graduate of Gert Sibande TVET College
- Completed N4, N5 and N6 in Marketing Management or Business Management
- Age 18 – 35
- Currently unemployed and not studying
- No criminal record and proficient in English
- Never participated in a SETA‑funded WIL programme
- Not involved in any other learnership or training
Volunteers are given preference, but you must attach a recent, stamped confirmation letter from the organisation where you volunteer.

How to apply – step by step
- Gather the required documents:
- Updated CV (include full name, ID number or DOB, address, contact details, campus attended, N4‑N6 qualification details, subjects, volunteer work, computer and communication skills, references)
- Certified copy of your ID document (must be dated within the last 6 months)
- Certified copies of your Matric / NCV Level 2‑4 certificates (if applicable)
- Certified copies of N4, N5 and N6 certificates
- Volunteer confirmation letter (if you are currently volunteering)
- Choose your submission method:

- Hand‑delivery: place all documents in an envelope, write your name and the programme title on the front, and drop it at any Gert Sibande TVET College campus – Student Support Services / Career Guidance office.
- Submit before the closing time: 31 July 2026 at 12:00. Late entries may not be considered.
