What the internship is
The FAIS Ombud is hiring one graduate trainee for its Client Care Department. The role is a contract position that will give you real‑world exposure to handling complaints against financial service providers, working alongside lawyers, financial planners and investigators.

- Hold an Office Administration Diploma (NQF Level 6) or an equivalent qualification.
