Need financial help to finish your degree? Exxaro is offering a bursary for South African students living with disabilities, and the deadline is fast approaching.
What the Exxaro Bursary 2027 is
The Exxaro Corporate Centre (The ConneXXion) will fund students who have a disability and are studying at a recognised South African university or college. The bursary aims to give equal access to higher education for learners in Exxaro’s host communities in Limpopo and Mpumalanga.

Who can apply – eligibility
You may apply if you meet all of the following conditions:
- South African citizen aged 18‑28
- Live in an Exxaro host community in Limpopo or Mpumalanga
- Living with a disability as defined by the Employment Equity Amendment Act
- Enrolled in a minimum three‑year degree or diploma
- Studying one of the approved fields (see below)
- Registered at an accredited South African tertiary institution
- Can maintain the academic results required in the bursary agreement
- Will attend all classes, submit semester transcripts, and take part in bursary activities
- Agree to any work‑back, internship or service requirement after graduation

What you will receive
The bursary covers tuition, registration and accommodation costs for the duration of your approved programme. In addition, Exxaro offers mentorship, career‑development workshops and the possibility of a placement after you graduate.

- Complete the online form and upload clear, certified copies of each document.
