1️⃣ Community Development

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Passion for helping communities.
  • Willingness to travel in Limpopo and Mpumalanga.

What you’ll do

  • Help lift up local communities and run social investment projects.
  • Study what the community needs and talk to local leaders.
  • Plan and carry out projects that make a real difference.
  • Keep relationships with community groups strong.
  • Write reports to show how projects are progressing.

2️⃣ Information Management

What you need

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management or a similar discipline.
  • Knowledge of databases, IT systems, and data rules.
  • Good at analysing and writing clear documentation.

What you’ll do

  • Support the company’s digital change, looking at how systems work.
  • Help keep data tidy and create reports.
  • Maintain important data stores.
  • Work with different tech teams across the business.

3️⃣ Communications

What you need

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, Journalism or Marketing.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills.
  • Ability to produce content for both inside and outside the company.

What you’ll do

  • Help create media stories and manage press releases.
  • Write articles, newsletters and web content.
  • Run internal communication campaigns.
  • Organise events and support the company’s branding.

4️⃣ Occupational Hygiene

What you need

  • Degree in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Health, or Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Know the laws about worker safety.
  • Ready to work on mining sites.

What you’ll do

  • Check worker health and safety in the field.
  • Identify hazards and suggest solutions.
  • Keep records of environmental and hygiene conditions.
  • Help the company stay compliant with safety rules.

5️⃣ Financial Accountancy

What you need

  • BCom in Accounting, Financial Accounting or a related subject.
  • Good understanding of financial systems.
  • Strong maths and analytical skills.

What you’ll do

  • Join finance teams on tasks like reconciliations and reports.
  • Help with budgeting and audit support.
  • Keep financial records tidy and up to date.

6️⃣ Mechanical Engineering

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Willingness to work in a plant or workshop.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles.

  • Support projects and equipment checks.
