What the opportunity is
CivInnovate’s 18‑month programme combines classroom learning with paid on‑the‑job training. You will work in one of five provinces – Gauteng, KwaZulu‑Natal, Western Cape, Northern Cape or Limpopo – and receive a stipend of R8 000 per month.
Who can apply
Eligibility is simple:
- Age 18‑40 years
- Unemployed
- At least Grade 12, an N2 or N3 qualification (apprenticeship route) or an N4–N6 or S4 certificate related to an engineering discipline (in‑service training route)
- Interest in one of the following fields: Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
