ArcelorMittal South Africa is opening a 36‑month Training Program called the Production Learnership for 2026. It’s a paid training course that will teach you how to work as a process operator in the steel industry. You will spend three years learning both in a classroom and on the factory floor, and you’ll finish with a solid set of skills that can help you find a job in metal manufacturing.

You will also need to sign a Learner’s Agreement, which says that finishing the course does not automatically mean you’ll get a permanent job.
