What the opportunity is
The programme offers a hands‑on apprenticeship in an automotive production and manufacturing environment. You will work on real parts, learn quality checks and become familiar with production systems.
Who can apply
To be eligible you must:
- Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Pass Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy with at least 50%.
- Be computer‑literate.
- Have good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Be able to work well in a team.
- Be physically fit for workshop duties.
Note: N2 or N3 is not required and Mathematical Literacy is accepted.
What you will gain
During the apprenticeship you will learn to:
- Package parts according to work instructions.

- Track parts using PC Dispo and follow the Paint Plan.
- Communicate with the robot controller, paint kitchen and production planner.
