Who can apply
You must have Matric/Grade 12/N3/NTC Level 4 and a recognised three-year Bachelor’s Degree or three-year National Diploma from an accredited tertiary institution in an appropriate Human Resources-related field.
Relevant qualifications include diplomas, advanced diplomas, postgraduate diplomas, bachelor’s, honours, master’s and LLM awards in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations, Labour Law, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences and related listed fields.

- Know Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Be willing to learn new software

A valid driver’s licence is preferred. You should be a self-starter, careful with detail, able to work alone and in a team, confident with stakeholders, proactive, committed, and willing to work long hours and weekends when required.
What you gain
You receive a stipend of R10,441.00 per month for 24 months. Training and experience can include recruitment and selection, probation and leave administration, performance management, employee relations, conditions of service, and skills development.
Admin work can include minutes, reports, routine enquiries, HR filing, sending documents to stakeholders, HR correspondence, and other tasks from your supervisor.
