What the apprenticeship offers

Liebherr will run a four‑year, paid apprenticeship in Springs, Gauteng. You will receive on‑the‑job training in one of four technical fields and earn a salary while you learn.

  • High‑Voltage Electrical

Who can apply

You must meet at least one of these academic criteria:

  • Grade 11 (or higher) with Mathematics and Physical Science
  • N2 qualification with Mathematics and Engineering Science

Mathematical Literacy does not count as Mathematics.

Additional conditions:

  • You are currently unemployed
  • You are interested in engineering or technical trades
  • You can commit to the full four‑year programme
  • You are ready to work in a practical engineering environment and follow safety rules
