Vodacom is launching two early‑career pathways for 2027:
- Discover Graduate Programme – a two‑year, permanent leadership track.
- Internship Programme – a 12‑month paid placement.

Who can apply
Graduate (Discover) Programme
- Finish an undergraduate degree (BCom, BSc, BTech or equivalent) by the end of 2026.
- National Qualification Framework (NQF) Level 7 (or a three‑year National Diploma at NQF 6 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, Information Systems or IT).
- South African citizen (by birth, naturalisation or permanent resident). Applicants from DR Congo, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt and Tanzania may also apply for market‑specific consideration.
- Maximum two years of post‑study corporate work experience.
- Minimum overall academic result 65 %.
Internship Programme
- Be completing or have completed an undergraduate degree (BCom, BSc, BTech) by the end of 2026.
- Same NQF and Diploma rules as the graduate route.
- South African citizen by birth.
- Less than two years of formal work experience after studies.
- At least 65 % aggregate in the most recent academic results.
