Internship Focus

Post 02/07: Internship Training Programme (Reference DEE INTERN 01)

This internship lets you sit in on many different departments. You could help with office tasks, research, project management, or learning about energy laws. The goal is to give you a broad look at how the department works.


Who Can Apply

You must have a degree or national diploma in one of these fields:

If you already did a government internship before, we’ll skip your application.


How to Get Started

  1. Download the Z83 form (2021 version).
  2. Fill out sections A, B, C, and D completely.
  3. For sections E, F, and G you can write “refer to CV” if you don’t have space, but you must answer the re‑appointment question in section F.
  4. Sign and initial every page of the form.
  5. Combine the Z83 form and your CV into one PDF.
  6. Send it as an email attachment.
  7. Don’t use JPEG or pictures – only a PDF will work.
  8. Use the job title and reference number in the email subject line.
  9. If you want to apply for a different post, send a separate application.

What Happens After You Apply

  • Only shortlisted people will be asked to bring certified copies of their certificates and other documents at the interview.
  • Everyone who passes the first step will go through background checks: criminal record, citizenship, finances, qualification checks, and a security clearance.
  • If you do not hear back within three months of the closing date, your application is not successful.
