Looking for a job right after college? Westfalia Fruit, a leading fruit company in South Africa, is hiring fresh graduates for its 2026 Graduate Internship Program. This program gives you a chance to work in real jobs in agriculture, engineering, finance, or food science, while learning how a big fruit business runs. The internship takes place in three places: Tzaneen, Johannesburg, and Howick. The deadline to apply is 5 February 2026.

Who is Westfalia Fruit?
Westfalia Fruit grew up in South Africa but now sells fresh fruit all over the world. They grow, ripen, process, and market fruit, especially avocados. The company is known for doing good work with the environment and for trying new ways to improve the fruit supply chain. They care about the quality of every fruit that leaves their farms and factories.

What does the internship look like?
The 2026 Accelerated Graduates Programme (AGP) is a fast‑track learning plan. It lets you get on the job, see how business decisions are made, and have a mentor to guide you. You’ll see your university knowledge in action and help solve real problems. The program is broken into rotations, meaning you’ll move from one department to another. You’ll collect and analyze data, report on your work, and suggest ways to make things run smoother. You’ll also meet people from different parts of the company and work together on projects.

What will you be doing?

  • Rotating through different areas of the company.
  • Applying what you studied to everyday tasks.
  • Helping with technical, operational, or office work.
  • Gathering information and making reports.
  • Joining improvement projects.
  • Working with teams from other departments.
  • Attending training and mentoring sessions.
  • Writing progress reports and updates.

Only South African citizens can apply, and you must be 35 years old or younger. If your degree and background match one of the above, you can be a part of this internship.
