Who Should Apply?

Education
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Real Estate – Property Valuation, or
- A qualification recognized by the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) that has at least 360 credits.

What You’ll Do
As an Intern – Valuer, you’ll help with all parts of property valuation. That means you will:

- Write clear reports that show the valuation process and results.
- Make sure every step follows legal rules and city policies.
- Support daily tasks that keep the valuation system running smoothly.

- Keep records accurate and safe and spot any risks or mistakes early.
