Government Employees Pension Fund Internship 2026: Launch Career

Your next big career step starts here

Are you a recent graduate who doesn’t yet have a job but wants to learn how real businesses work? The Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) is offering a special internship program called GEPFuture Internship Programme 2026‑2028. It is a full‑time, 24‑month program that gives you hands‑on experience, a mentor who knows the ropes, and a solid start in South Africa’s biggest pension fund. You’ll get to live and work in Centurion, Gauteng, and you’ll finish the program ready to jump into a permanent job.

Why this internship matters

Most new graduates feel lost after graduation. GEPF’s program is designed to bridge that gap. You’ll be placed in a real department, work on actual projects, and see how the pension fund keeps the money of thousands of people safe and growing. By the end of the two years, you’ll have a clear idea of the career path that suits you best.
