Research Intern

Business Quality Consultant Intern

Required: Grade 12 or SAQA‑equivalent + a three‑year Business Management or insurance‑related degree (a Diploma in Risk Management is a plus).

Tasks involve business‑quality monitoring, compliance reviews, process assessments, risk identification and performance reporting.

Management Information Analyst Intern

Relevant study: Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or another data‑focused qualification.

You will analyse data, create management reports and dashboards, perform quality checks and support performance measurement.

Claims Administrator Intern

Requirement: Recent graduate with a completed degree.

Key skills: basic Microsoft Office, strong English communication (written and verbal), attention to detail and good administration.

Responsibilities include capturing claim information, reviewing documents, responding to queries and maintaining claim records.

Project Coordinator Intern

Required: Degree in Project Administration or another recognised project‑management qualification.

You will help schedule projects, coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, track progress and communicate with stakeholders.

Quality Assurance Intern

Relevant study: Administration, Human Resources, Training, Psychology or a related qualification.

Duties cover quality monitoring, process reviews, compliance checks, reporting and supporting audits.

Learning and Development Intern

Relevant study: Administration, Human Resources, Training, Psychology or a related field.

You will assist with training coordination, maintain learning records, prepare materials and support workshop delivery.

Human Resource and Talent Intern

Required: Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a comparable qualification.

Work includes recruitment administration, talent management, employee records, interview coordination and onboarding support.
