Volkswagen Group South Africa – Technical Apprentice / Learnership Programmes 2026

If you’re a high‑school graduate who loves cars, tools, and technology, you can start a career with Volkswagen Group South Africa (VWSA). The company is looking for enthusiastic learners to join its Technical Apprentice and Learnership Programmes in 2026. You’ll get paid training while you study, and when you finish you’ll be ready for a solid job in the automotive field.

Why Choose This Programme?
VW SA’s learnership gives you a full‑time schedule of hands‑on training plus classroom lessons. You’ll learn skills that are used every day in the car industry, from fixing engines to working with the latest electronics. The training is run by the Technical Learning Academy (TLA) and comes with support from the workers’ union. It’s a chance to start a career even if you don’t have a university degree yet.

  • Training Centre: Uitenhage, Eastern Cape, South Africa
  • Deadline to Apply: 4 November 2025

All applications must be sent online through VW SA’s HelloSuccess platform, so make sure you’re ready to use the website before the deadline.
