Vaal Central Water Graduate Development Programme 2026 – A Path to Real Work Experience
If you are a South African graduate who is still looking for a job, Vaal Central Water (VCW) has a two‑year training scheme that can help you jumpstart your career. Over 20 spots are available in different areas such as engineering, chemistry, law and IT. You will receive a monthly allowance, be based in the Free State or Northern Cape, and get hands‑on work experience while you learn.
About Vaal Central Water
VCW is a national company that supplies bulk water to towns and cities in the Free State and Northern Cape provinces. It reports to the Minister of Water and Sanitation and to Parliament.
