Syngenta Group is looking for fresh South African graduates to join its Internship Programme 2026. If you’re a recent graduate who wants real work experience in agriculture and science, this could be the right fit for you. Applications close on 5 January 2026, and all roles are based in South Africa.

What the Internship Is About

This internship gives you a chance to step into a major agricultural science company and learn how business and science come together in the real world. Available Internship Roles

Choose a role that matches your degree and interests. Below are the main positions and the qualifications we need.

Strategy Intern

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business (BCom), Agricultural Economics, or a similar field.

Market Intelligence & Pricing Intern

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in B.Sc. Agriculture or a comparable course.

Digital Marketing Intern

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Agricultural Economics. You can also apply if you have a Diploma in Digital Marketing or a National Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film Studies/Cinematography, or a related area.

Supply Intern

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management (BCom Supply Chain) or an equivalent degree.

Campaign Management Intern

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Agricultural Science, Agricultural Economics, or a comparable course.
