Syngenta Group 2026 Internships – Fresh Graduate Opportunities

Syngenta Group is looking for fresh South African graduates to join its Internship Programme 2026. If you’re a recent graduate who wants real work experience in agriculture and science, this could be the right fit for you. Applications close on 5 January 2026, and all roles are based in South Africa.

What the Internship Is About

This internship gives you a chance to step into a major agricultural science company and learn how business and science come together in the real world. You’ll work on actual projects, get hands‑on training, and see how Syngenta’s products and services are developed and sold. The goal is to help you turn your university knowledge into practical skills and to prepare you for a future career in agriculture or related fields.

What We Want from You

We’re looking for graduates who:

  • Love agriculture, science, business, or marketing.
  • Want to learn by doing, not just reading.
  • Can adapt quickly to a professional setting.
