- Treat every customer’s vehicle and property with care.
- Keep customers updated if a repair will take longer than expected.
- Make sure all work meets DTSA quality standards.
Paperwork and Tracking
- Fill out job cards accurately and quickly.
- Record parts, hours, and materials used.
- Follow warranty, maintenance, and fleet rules.
- Submit all paperwork right after finishing a job.
Keeping the Shop Safe
- Use tools and equipment the right way.
- Keep the workshop clean and organized.
- Follow all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) rules.
- Stick to company policies and procedures.
Learning on Your Own
- Take charge of your own learning and skill growth.
- Follow the apprenticeship agreements set by MERSETA.
- Turn in training assessments and portfolios on time.
