Paperwork and Tracking

  • Fill out job cards accurately and quickly.
  • Record parts, hours, and materials used.
  • Follow warranty, maintenance, and fleet rules.
  • Submit all paperwork right after finishing a job.

Keeping the Shop Safe

  • Use tools and equipment the right way.
  • Keep the workshop clean and organized.
  • Follow all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) rules.
  • Stick to company policies and procedures.

Learning on Your Own

  • Take charge of your own learning and skill growth.
  • Follow the apprenticeship agreements set by MERSETA.
  • Turn in training assessments and portfolios on time.
