    • N2/NCV Level 3 or higher with relevant trade theory.

ARPL – Eligibility

  • South African citizen.
  • 25 years or older.
  • At least 3 years of relevant trade experience.
  • Unemployed or employed – 20 slots for unemployed artisans, 4 for employed.
