Polokwane Municipality General Worker Jobs (2025/2026)
The Polokwane Local Municipality in Limpopo is looking for 59 general workers to join their team for the 2025/2026 hiring period. Facility & Infrastructure Work

- Washing tools and vehicles and getting rid of any debris.

- Storing tools properly and letting your manager know if something breaks.
Cemetery & Parks Jobs
- Digging graves and keeping cemetery grounds tidy.
- Picking up litter and general maintenance of open spaces.
- Cutting grass, planting flowers, and taking care of parks and reserves.
Fleet & Office Cleaning
- Cleaning and maintaining the municipality’s pool vehicles.
- Changing trash bags and moving waste to collection points.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing dishes.
- Cleaning kitchens and restrooms.
- Keeping cleaning supplies stocked and reporting any broken tools.
- Wiping down machines such as hoovers and scrubbers.
