What is the programme?
Mthashana TVET College has partnered with the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA) and the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) to fund 50 in‑service training posts. The posts are open to N6 certificate holders who need workplace experience to finish their National Diploma.
Who can apply?
- Hold an N6 certificate in one of the following fields: Business Management, Management Assistant, Public Management, Human Resource Management, or Tourism Management.
- Be a current or former student of Mthashana TVET College.
- Require workplace training to complete your National Diploma.
- Submit all required documents correctly.
- Apply for only one position.
Advantage: If you already have a letter from a host employer, you may receive priority.
What do you gain?

How to apply – step by step
