Momentum Health, a branch of Momentum Metropolitan Holdings, is looking for unemployed South African teens and young adults to join its Contact Centre Learner Learnership 2026. The program runs for a full year and gives you a chance to earn a nationally recognised NQF Level 5 Occupational Certificate in health‑benefit advice while working in a real call‑center. What the Learnership Looks Like
The course is split between classroom lessons and hands‑on work at Momentum Health’s contact centre. You’ll start on 1 February 2026 and finish on 31 January 2027. While you learn, you’ll also fill out a portfolio and take tests that count toward your final certification.

Who Can Apply?
To qualify you must meet every requirement below:
- South African citizen
- Age between 18 and 30 years
- Unemployed and able to commit the entire 12 months
- Matric (Grade 12) finished
- Math grade 40 % or Maths Literacy grade 60 %
- English 50 % and a second South African language 50 %
- Not studying part‑time or full‑time during the learnership
- Not finished the same learnership before
- Can travel to work by yourself
