Position: Supply Chain Intern

This 2025 internship lets you work on everything that keeps a company’s products moving, from buying supplies to delivering finished goods. You will help track inventory, plan shipments, and find ways to make the whole process faster and cheaper.
Key Responsibilities
During the internship you will:
- Watch how stock levels change and suggest when new supplies should arrive.
- Join the buying team to talk to suppliers, place orders, and keep track of them.
- Gather and read data that helps predict how much stuff the company will need later.
- Work with the shipping crew to plan routes and make deliveries smoother.
- build reports and dashboards that show how the supply chain is doing.
- Take part in projects that aim to cut costs and improve efficiency.
- Stay sure that every task follows the school’s rules and any legal rules.
- Help update standard operating procedures so that everyone knows how things should be done.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the MANCOSA Supply Chain Internship you should:
- Be studying or have finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a similar subject.
- Think clearly, solve problems, and enjoy looking at numbers.
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Know about ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (nice if you do).
- Speak and write confidently.
- Keep things organized, pay attention to detail, and be able to work alone or in a team.
