What You’ll Do
As a learner, your everyday tasks will include:
- Checking equipment for problems and reporting any issues.
- Applying basic production principles, like scheduling and workflow control.
- Helping set up machines and assisting with Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) operations.
- Following quality assurance steps and doing regular checks.
- Keeping records of what happens on the production line.
- Assisting with packaging, labeling, and keeping track of inventory.
- Working with NDT technicians and operators to hit daily goals.
- Making sure health, safety, and environmental rules are followed.
- Keeping the production area tidy and secure.
Who We’re Looking For
- Students or young people who recently finished high school (Matric) with math and science.
- 18‑24 years old at the time you sent your application.
- Able to lift and move stuff that is typical for a factory job.
- Someone who arrives on time and pays attention to detail.
- Good at speaking and writing in English.
- Quick to learn new tools and follow instructions.
- Comfortable working alone or in a team.
- Willing to keep the workplace safe and clean.
