What’s the programme?

The Lesaka Internship Programme 2026 is a 12‑month paid internship designed for South African citizens aged 18 to 29 who have a disability and have recently earned a National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree. The programme will kick off on either 1 March or 15 March 2026 at Lesaka’s offices in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, and Polokwane. You’ll work in a real fintech environment that covers transactional banking, lending, insurance, cash management, card acquiring, supplier payments, and digital services.
