Application deadline: 3 November 2025

About the Internship Programme
Ivanplats is building a major mine near Mokopane that will produce palladium, rhodium, nickel, copper and gold. The mine will use modern, automated underground drilling and excavation vehicles. The project is called the “mine of the future” because it will try new ways to keep workers safe and improve efficiency.
The company offers internships mainly for people from historically disadvantaged backgrounds in local mining areas. The internships focus on two years of structured work, lessons from real mining projects, and training on essential mining skills.
