What You’ll Do
As a Financial Assessor, you’ll be the first person people talk to when they want help with their debt. Your daily tasks will include:
- Reaching out to clients who have asked for IDM’s services.
- Asking about their finances, like how much money they have and what they owe.
- Looking at the information to see where they stand.
- Explaining IDM’s debt‑relief options in simple terms.
- Setting realistic expectations and giving great customer care.
- Sending qualified clients to the next step with the Consulting team.
- Using IDM’s software and phone/email tools to keep track and communicate.
